How should I prepare my file for upload?
Set your file to the following:
Recommended Color space: 16bit ProPhoto or Adobe RGB 1998
File resolution: 300+ dpi
Image Size: Final print size, including any white borders
File format: TIF, PSD, PSB, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS
Fonts: Package all fonts with your file
What are the turn around times?
For standard printing of less than 10 prints usually takes no more than three days. Larger orders or custom orders can vary depending on factors such as labor, available materials, curing times and shipping. We will do everything within our means to work within your deadlines.
What is your shipping policy?
We generally use FedEx but will use UPS if client provides account number. Shipping charges include all packaging materials such as tubes, interleaving paper and flat packaging (if requested).
All mounted pieces are insured for the cost of materials. We use art boxes for most mounted pieces and a crating service in certain cases.
How do I pay for a job?
You will receive a job-quote prior to starting a job. Unforeseen factors of labor and materials due to changes by client after client acknowledgement of job quote will be added to a final invoice. For orders less than $500.00 you will receive a bill due upon receipt. For orders over $500.00 we require 50% up front and the rest prior to delivery or pick up. We accept cash, check, money orders, Mastercard and Visa.
